Orders/ Return/ Cancellation

Order Status

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.

Please note your Instagram account next to the first and last name so that if there is any problem with the order, we can contact you more conveniently.

A 5-7 days order processing time is required on all orders before shipment.

Order Cancellation

If you decide that you would like to cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

Return

We will not accept returns under any circumstances 

Refund

We will not refund for incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, or missing, lost, or stolen packages sent by the courier.

Please be patient as it will take at least 3 weeks for Customer Care to process and check after the return package is delivered.

The customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by SBS.
